If I’m moving, can I keep the same pricing?
It is not guaranteed that you will be able to keep the same rates if you are moving house, as rates depend on a number of factors, such as where you are located, what lines company you are with and the configuration of the meter on your site.

What do I do if I’ve moved into a new property and my power is off?
Before moving house, it is always best to contact us and advise if the power is on at your new property or not. If there is no power, check that the main switch is on. If you are unsure, please call us on 0800 473 976 and we can organise a reconnection within 4-6 hours (reconnection fees may apply).
